Wood and Brass Wall Mount
Weather Glass Barometers
:

Early 16th and 17th Century scientific and domestic barometers.  The Weather Glass Barometers accurately forecasts barometric pressure changes. Impending storms are indicated by the rising of the water in the Weather Glass spout from 4 to 12 hours in advance. Falling water in the spout indicates high pressure and fair skies.  Blue food coloring can be added to the water to give it a more attractive look. It’s a great conversation piece and a must for the true weatherman of the house.  Construction of base is wood and brass.
